During the last years, Albania is going through a strong development and significant innovation; this also due to the international opening to accept the country in the European Union. To stabilize this process, Albania needs to speed up the growth of skills and competences in order to to satisfy the huge demand of qualified brain workers, particularly in the sectors of digital applications, IOT and smart architectures.
