Audience: Anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and broaden their application of VIA Character Strengths Facilitated by: Ruth Pearce & In It Together Team The group meets on two days of each month starting in January 2022 to explore and discuss strengths. Each meeting will comprise: 1. Highlight one piece of character strengths research 2. Case study/research/experience shared by one of the participants or guests 3. Large group – 1 Character Strengths Intervention (CSI) 4. Small group – 1 CSI or prompted discussion of specific practices 5. Q&A with facilitator or guest Each session will be 60-90 minutes All material will refer to: Character Strengths Interventions: a Field Guide for Practitioners by Dr. Ryan M.
