He started out helping his father with the work, but was quickly recruited by additional customers. He’s run his own business almost the entire time. Foss has the expertise to work on a wide variety of houses, including small city homes, townhouses and condominiums, and multi-million dollar mansions. He graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 1992 with a degree in construction management and a minor in both accounting and computer science. He continues to keep his skills current by regularly attending vocational classes, continuing education courses and various seminars. Our job superintendants also utilize truck mounted laptops with full time internet access to keep connected when working with insurance companies, checking on supplier shipments to jobsites and communicating with crew members on the job.
