www.ademccormack.comAs someone who has been a gig worker since 1993, I find that serial employment model of LinkedIn to be unsuitable for the digital age. Hence I have structured my profile around my capabilities. I am an astrophysics graduate and former technologist who today helps organisations thrive in the digital age. Most business leaders recognise that they need to transform their organisation, but they are uncertain as to how to proceed. I have developed a business framework and implementation method to support this transformation. This aproach majors on asset creation, harnessing cognitive capacity and adopting tribal best practices. My experience includes: - Lectured at MIT Sloan School of Management on digital leadership - Opinion columnist in both the Financial Times (for over 10 years) and CIO magazine on digital leadership. - Authored 6 books on digital matters - Worked in over thirty countries. - Worked with some of the world’s best-known brands, including the European Space Agency and the European Commission. As well as advisory work, I am a prolific public speaker whose ‘zoom out’ perspectives stimulate and inspire audiences from both a strategic and personal perspective. I am interested in human movement and enjoy running, martial arts, parkour and dancing. This focus is aligned with my professional interest in organisational transformation.
