Potpourri of Health was formulated as a result of Laura's focus on health and the challenges she faced while working through some personal health trials, but also natural health options. Currently as a blogger/writer, Laura writes from experience as a wife and mother, and as a woman who has experienced various trials in life and in health. Healing begins from within, with the drive to be well, coming from the choice to be well. The goal is to share knowledge and views of how one might be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle based on appropriate choices, and personal needs. My purpose of this journey, in sharing with others, comes with a passion to see others find complete wellness as their priority. This not only means a healthy lifestyle of food choices and exercise, but also that of being transparent and kind to others.
