Two warehouse buildings totaling 207,000 square feet (sf) with cranes are available. A furnished office and medical building are on site as well. Topography of the portion of site along the river is generally flat. Additional undeveloped acreage is available north of State Route 7 with topography that is hilly with options for terraced site layout. The Hannibal, Ohio location is in center of the Utica/Marcellus Shale formations that have become ground zero for the regions Hydraulic Fracturing operations.
