PASAP is an association of school and community-based program specialists organized to meet the needs of Pennsylvania youth for education, prevention, intervention, referral, and support services in the area of at-risk behaviors affecting mental health and wellness, and to address alcohol and other drug related problems. The Role of PASAP is to: * Provide a state forum for sharing resources, common needs, experience and outcomes and promote the development of joint school/community programs for youth. * Promote and provide leadership and training on national, regional, state and local levels. * Advocate for increased local, state and federal support for student assistance programs, treatment services and related personnel in both the public and private sector.
