Room 1520 event venue is located in the heart of the artistic West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Our venue is a spacious, restored historical loft building with high ceilings, portrait windows, white exposed brick and a large, vintage white-washed bar. Our many included amenities such as tables and chiavari chairs for 150 people, customizable uplighting, cocktail and lounge furniture and our huge green room/bridal suite with private street entrance and en suite powder room make it easy for guests to plan and enjoy their perfect event. The venue is owner operated and we are always working to improve the space and to give our clients the best service and value. This year we opened The Justine, a little jewel of an event space inside of Room 1520. The Justine is a sexy bijou space perfect for small gatherings and comes with a fully stocked bar and furnished with velvet everything. Also new this year, we offer our own top shelf bar packages! No more hassle of hiring a third party to supply libations and bartenders. We take care of all that now for you.
