We began by serving only the Greater Cincinnati area, but now perform work in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and multiple other states. We serve educational, health, industrial, commercial, and residential clients Federal, state, county, and municipal governments Cardinal recognizes the need for close coordination between Engineering, Surveying, and Architectural disciplines and our professional staff includes Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Building Inspectors, and technical staff. Our staff utilizes state-of-the-art computer equipment, software, and surveying equipment to provide clients with accurate information in a timely manner.
