Our mission is to use modern technology to provide affordable, sustainable, and healthy housing to all. We have developed a construction technology which reduces construction costs by 30% and on-site build time by 60% while providing Net Zero Energy homes. We have developed a 'kit of bricks' made out of geopolymer concrete that interlock together to create the entire physical superstructure. Cast in 3D printed molds, the bricks can be made in compex shapes and a small set of repeated parts can be combined in new and unique ways to build multiple home designs. The construction system designed replaces the entire design, manufacturing, and on-site construction processes with a single-supply chain material and simple assembly process. This innovative technology replaces everything used to make the foundation, floors, walls, ceiling/roof, insulation, air/vapor barrier, interior siding (drywall), exterior siding, and all the connectors needed. The mono-material system replaces the dozens of materials, components, connectors, adhesives, and specialized labor normally required to build the weathertight structure, all with their own costs, carbon emissions, supply chains, and labor requirements. As the structural system of the building, in order to effectively interface with all the other home systems, we have developed a proprietary Universal Mounting System which utilizes custom 3D printed molds to mount the other home elements (electrical and plumbing conduit and pipes, varied window or vent profiles, etc).
