Cornerstone Funeral Services

www.cornerstonefuneral.com

Since our establishment in 2002, Cornerstone Funeral Services has been built upon a foundation of care with kindness and respect. The cornerstone (or foundation stone) concept is derived from the first stone set in the construction of a masonry foundation, important since all other stones will be set in reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire structure. We continue that strong tradition by providing extremely affordable prices for the community, which have not been raised since we opened our doors. We understand the emotional and financial burden which occurs when a loved one passes. This family-owned business prides itself on growing with the families it serves and having deep roots in the area, and handling the needs of its neighboring community with compassionate assistance and efficient service. Cornerstone is proud to be a member of the Green Burial Council. The Green Burial Council is an independent, tax-exempt, nonprofit organization working to encourage environmentally sustainable death care and the use of burial as a new means of protecting natural areas. They are represented by 300 (and growing) approved providers operating throughout North America, with offices in the US and Canada.
