The Periodontal Providers was formed by Bobby Soleiman D.D.S. in 2001. The company is comprised of 14 talented periodontist that provide periodontal and implants services throughout northern California and Nevada. With over 70 locations and rapidly growing, periodontal providers group in one of the largest periodontal groups in the country. Proudly serving the dental community and needs of their patients for the past decade and looking forward to expanding in to more locations in the near future.
