Unfortunately, in the US many returning Veterans are caught in an inescapable conundrum. They need to work to make the life changes that can lead to economic self-sufficiency and greater personal opportunity, but are unable to access meaningful work due to a lack of experience, skills and support required to successfully enter the labor market. Mo’s Heroes intends to combat this through its community partnerships, housing assistance and supportive services. Our Mission: To significantly reduce the homeless veteran population in the United States by taking a leadership role in the prevention; outreach/education; housing/supportive services; and community partnership in order to support ending homelessness.
