Both had witnessed first-hand the struggle agents experienced trying to find a consistent recruiting and training process in their agencies. And while they put their heart & soul into reaching their goals, dealing with underperformers & turnover just seemed to consume so much of their time & energy. The strategy was simple: To give insurance agents a powerful solution in hiring, training and developing talent. Instead of modeling Entreprenuer18 after other companies that offer solutions to only 1 or 2 challenges agents face, Amber & Gabriel started with a blank sheet of paper and designed a business model that provided a complete solution to to all things Talent Management for its clients.
