Business Ombudsman Council is an independent advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Council investigates complaints concerning alleged acts of corruption and other violations of legitimate interests of businesses by actions or omissions on the part of the state or municipal authorities, businesses within the scope of their administration and their officials. Roman Waschuk is a Ukrainian Business Ombudsman. Mr. Waschuk is a former Canadian diplomat, served as Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine 2014-2019.
