CFOS is headquartered at the University of Alaska Fairbanks with additional locations in Anchorage, Homer, Juneau and Seward. Our research and teaching programs focus on marine and freshwater fisheries, oceanography, marine biology, seafood technology and community outreach. We also operate the global class research vessel Sikuliaq.
