Alternative Dispute Resolution is unarguably the future of civil legal practice especially in commercial disputes and the most dynamic considering its flexibility, less formality, less expensiveness and less time consuming than a trial. Hence, the need to cultivate the techniques earlier in time cannot be stressed. Meanwhile, ADR includes but not limited to: Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation, Corporate Dispute Resolution, Collaborative Law and Neutral Party Evaluation and Settlement Conferences, etc. UNN ADR Society promises to engage its members and also give them the platform to participate in competitions, advance their career in ADR and get accelerated membership to leading ADR Institutes.
