Established in 2003, Temple Bar Company has grown to become a membership based non-statutory cooperative organization – a representative voice for businesses in the Temple Bar Area. The company is governed by a chairman and board of directors. We are proud to have a diverse and knowledgeable board and over the years, members have brought a wealth of experience to the table, with expertise in the arts, cultural strategy, finance, local & National government and corporate affairs. The Temple Bar Company are also registered lobbists under the regulation of lobbyists act 2015. Our work is based on 20 years of research and feedback among businesses, residents and cultural organisations. We work with a number of organisations for the betterment of the cultural quarter. Our mission as a Company is to protect, enhance and develop the area known as Temple Bar: to ensure that Temple Bar is kept clean, safe, attractive and accessible for all who live, work and visit the area; to promote the arts, tourism, trade and commerce and to maintain and promote Temple Bar as Ireland’s leading entertainment, business and cultural quarter.
