Alberto is a singer/songwriter born & raised in Mexico, and currently living in Denmark. He started his solo music career in 2008 and really got into it with small shows and writing his own songs. In 2011 he started to record professionally and his releases started rolling out. He later went to Mexico City to build new connections with people in the music industry and to promote his music. When he started getting attention he recorded his first album, which he released in 2014. That was one year after the recordings finished, because he wanted to play more live shows in the meantime and make his network grow larger in the capital city before releasing it. After the release, he went back to work as a software developer since he invested a lot of money in his first album, and he needed to start saving up again to maintain his music career. During that time, he met someone from Denmark and thanks to her, he was introduced to the Danish culture and society. While he was trying to get back on track, he went through a heavy emotional and economical crisis. Due to this, he decided to move to Denmark to try and make a living there. But having only 3 months there, because of the foreign regulations, he unfortunately needed to move back to Mexico. He spent 5 months working on a personal tech entrepreneurial project (which was never released) and getting ready to travel again. He flew to Denmark for the second time with all the energy and resources needed to make it happen. He then found a job to maintain himself in Denmark and started performing in open mics and doing gigs, and has played around 90 times in between late 2016 and early 2019. He started focussing more on songwriting and the theory behind it, while still performing. With that huge passion he grows and writes more and more, trying his hardest to get out there and connect with people through his music.
