EBAA was established in July 2019 to provide online services to consumers in Kosovo and the region. Services are designed in such a way that access to products and services is made easier through digitalization. As a result of tight cooperation with partners and suppliers, our operation includes a wide range of products and services to our customers. Buying products can be a tedious, inconvenient, and time-consuming process. With the launch of EBAA, our fundamental goal is to save consumers time and deliver a comfortable and easy-to-access product. EBAA sells in about 22 different departments and has close to 65,000 items available to its customers. Transportation is organized 7 days of the week in all territory of Kosovo. The order is immediately shipped off at the customer's address and arrives within 48 hours after the order has been confirmed. Transportation is done in a standardized way (within 48hr, 2 € in Kosovo), and Pick a Date (choose the preferred time, 6 €).
