Grana International is owned by the Fogelberg family since the foundation in 1987. The main focus of investments has been real estate in Sweden, Europe and the United States. During the last 20 years, the primary focus has been within the Self Storage industry. Grana International started both Shurgard in Europe and SelStor in Sweden. We have been involved in the development of the Self Storage industry, both as investors, operators as well as initiative takers behind Self Storage associations both in Europe and for the Swedish market.
