We have represented multiple Austin-based start-ups in their formation and initial corporate policy development, as well as provided general corporate and transaction guidance on a project basis for matters such as drafting master and service level agreements, corporate privacy policies, consulting agreements, construction agreements, and referral and subcontract agreements.
