I started this company because I was screwed by a builder! I am on a mission to build the best possible construction projects we can. It was about 20 years and my girlfriend at the time had agreed on a set of plans from a famous Houston Architect. We had a meeting with the builder and reviewed the plans with both the architect and the builder. Contracts were signed and smiles were a mile wide. Sound Familiar? The project started with a bang and everyone was happy.... but that did not last long. Soon after framing it became apparent that what was being built was not what was on the plans. Now I have your attention... This is a very common story. Here is why.
