Guava Lime’s directors, architects Michael Loucas and Con Zahos, began their partnership in 1988 with the establishment of architectural practice Loucas Zahos. In just a few short years, the firm developed an industry-wide reputation for quality and innovation, expanding from Adelaide into Brisbane and featuring in BRW’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies three years in a row. By turning their minds to the finance and feasibility side of projects, Loucas and Zahos created their next venture, Guava Lime – a development company that combines architectural and design excellence with commercial business acumen.
