Dr. Sandison’s healing philosophy blends modern research and diagnostic techniques with time-tested modalities including manual therapies, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, diet, exercise, and psychological counseling. She believes in the power of the body to heal itself. Dr. Sandison’s passion is to guide and support patients as they co-create strong foundations for optimal health through sustainable lifestyle changes and natural medicine. She earned her Naturopathic Doctorate at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and currently teaches part-time at Bastyr University, San Diego. Past experience includes work as an Egoscue Postural Therapist, licensed massage therapist and student staff counselor at Bastyr University, Seattle. Dr. Sandison balances work with play and enjoy surfing, running, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Although we are licensed to prescribe pharmaceutical medications and refer for surgery, it is not our only option!
