The company was founded in 1988 by Kevin McLoughlin MBE and still remains a family run business with its’ heart in London. We firmly believe our success is thanks our employees and the investment in training and apprenticeships we undertake. This lead to the establishment of the K&M Training Schools in Brewery Road, Islington where in the last 3 years through our 4 week introduction to work program we have found 164 people employment in the construction industry 67 with full apprenticeships.
