Everybody has the potential to be a better learner. The key lies in unlocking potential through understanding and adopting Coaching values and principles and becoming proficient in the skills of active listening, questioning, and giving feedback and target setting. There are no quick fixes when working with vulnerable young people. Often it is who you are rather than what you do that will decide whether you can win their trust and facilitate the slow process back to self belief and becoming valuable community members.
