Bluehive was was established in early 2002 by Jonathan Gan. With background in Accounting, Jonathan recognised an opportunity to offer general finance broking services to help clients achieve a better outcome on their wealth creation journey. Jonathan felt that there was a need to offer a more personal service where relationships with clients would be long term. In the same way that many clients have long standing relationships with accountants and solicitors, Bluehive was established to be the point of call for all their client's finance needs. The strategy has proven itself and many clients have been with Bluehive since the early days. We have seen many people start from modest beginnings and over time watched them grow their personal or investment position. This is achieved through careful understanding of the client and delivery of the right products and loan structures. As a broker, Bluehive has access to many sources of funds. It is not our own product we offer but those of the key industry lenders including major banks and specialised funders. Our role is to match the best product to the client which involves not only the pricing of the loan but also in ensuring the lender policy and loan structure fits with the client. To be successful in this you need the right relationships, in house experience and also the tools to search the marketplace.
