CBC of Charleston, Inc. is a Commercial General Contractor, the product of 30+ yrs of experience in construction. The primary focus over the last 17 yrs is standing seam metal roofs, pre-engineered metal buildings, sheet metal trim, and light-gauge metal truss systems. CBC has proven abilities with aluminum, galvalume, painted steel, copper, modified, and PVC roof systems. CBC has supplied and installed all types of roofing systems including Metal Standing Seam, Modified, and PVC roof systems on public, private, military, and commercial projects. The size and scope of these projects range from less than 1000 sqft up to 100,000 sqft and building heights from 1 story up to multi-story. All material and workmanship meet the required specifications. CBC is located in N Chas, SC and employs over 35 highly skilled workers. A full service sheet metal fab shop is available for support of both in-house and job site requirements. CBC has successfully supplied and installed Standing Seam Roof Systems on over 50 projects at Charleston AFB since 1989, with well over 500,000 sqft of roof on CAFB alone. Currently, CBC is installing SSMR Systems & buildings at Charleston AFB, Shaw AFB, Charleston NWS, Ft Jackson, Columbia, MCAS Beaufort, Ft Stewart, GA, Ft Polk, LA and US Ranger Station - Asheville, NC. CBC of Charleston has also successfully completed projects ranked by the US Government as Historical Landmarks including various metal types.
