The HOT (Higher Order Thinking) program is an 8-module online course which introduces participants to the distinction between high performance and "being" a high performer; between mastery and "being" a master. It is unique in that it introduces new models of learning and unique tools for problem solving. Going beyond typical personality assessments and SWOT diagrams, HOT uses a systematics approach and an entirely new language to help create a blueprint for mastery. Tools such as triads and tetrads are combined with insights on learning behaviour and years of real-life business experience to deliver a program that will challenge you in new ways.
