Creativity Pools, a spin-off of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, brings together excellent, creative (master)students coming from the EUR, Technical University Delft and Leiden University. Under the guidance of former executives who act as coaches, they work in a multidisciplinary team to provide innovative solutions for a problem statement from an organisation. The combination of different perspectives looking at the same problem results in groundbreaking, creative ideas.
