What is your dream career move? My vision is to marry Recruiting and Leadership. I want to help people see how recruiters see. Help inspire people to own the career they want, by investing in the leadership within themselves. A lot of people out there hate the work they do, are uninspired by it, and lack the energy to want to change. I want to tell people. "You can change your current situation. And wake up so amped about the work you do!" I am a regular guy who has worked very hard every step of the way to get to where I am. I hope that I can help propel others to do the same.
