At Smoketown Family Wellness Center, we understand that it takes more than check ups to raise healthy children. Our goal is to provide top quality, comprehensive pediatric care to the families we serve. In addition to providing well child care, vaccinations, and same day sick care, we offer behavioral health services for the family, and a prescriptive food pantry for families who might need food. We provide healthy lifestyle education for the entire family and support families as their child’s first teacher. Our goal is to improve health outcomes by addressing the needs of the community and building community partnerships for effective collaboration. We are credentialed with all medicaid payers, most private insurances and have a flat rate for all others.
