My Life is a training programme with the aim to support people into independent living. It is unique, fun, rewarding and has won regional, county and national awards including the Winner of Winners Accolade from Skills for Care. It helps develop life skills and the confidence needed to move towards living independently. The My Life Programme covers various modules and topics including Money Management, Healthy Eating, Keeping Fit & Active and Relationships.
