The beach with its perfect sand and fun to swim in breakers was almost exclusively ours during our stay. In the mornings we just relaxed, swam, read and then in the afternoons toured the sites. We visited Old San Juan of course as well as the distillery, the rain forest, the caves as well as the local area and restaurants. Having the car with GPS was the way to go.
