Business Valuations - Shenehon Company provides analyses for both operating and holding companies, including controlling and partial interest valuations. Commercial Real Estate Appraisals - Shenehon's appraiser will meet with you to determine the purpose and function of the appraisal. Once the scope of the project is outlined, we inspect the property with you, become familiar with the neighborhood, and develop a list of comparable land and/or building sales supported by market data. We generally apply all three approaches to value and reconcile the validity of each in the report. Our final opinion of value is clearly stated and supported.
