The NASSC is the world's largest amateur beach soccer festival held at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront across 20+ surfside blocks. The NASSC, hosted by the Hampton Roads Soccer Council (HRSC), is a 501(c)(3) charity event conducted for the development of the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex located in Virginia Beach, VA. HRSC affiliate clubs include Beach FC Travel Soccer/NYSL, the Virginia Rush, the Southeastern Virginia Women's Soccer Association (SEVWSA), and Over-Thirty Soccer League (OTSL). The NASSC main attraction is the "U.S. OPEN", cash prize division for top men's pro/am teams since 2001. This high-visibility competition is conducted in a beach stadium and is the focal point of the 20-block, 9,500 player world’s premier pro/am beach soccer festival. Given its size and longevity, the U.S.OPEN is considered the U.S. National Pro/Am Championship. The U.S. OPEN is conducted over three days. The first Women's U.S. OPEN will take place at our 25th Anniversary in 2018.
