Oaks & Spokes is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization which fosters the community of people who ride bikes in Raleigh. We achieve this by organizing and supporting events, advocating for improvements to the city and local businesses, and deploying tactical urbanism projects like pop-up cycle tracks and bicycle corrals.
