Scott’s experience began by running his own company at 17 years old and he has never looked back. Scott began by working long hours, learning from experience,what people wanted and delivering quality service. Relying on word of mouth referrals along with proven marketing techniques to grow a successful business. In 1984 Scott began his career in real estate working from the bottom up with great mentors directing him. Scott joined Consolidated Mortgage Company as a loan officer with zero clients drawing from his background and developing a business Scott went to work knocking on doors and making phone calls, educating the public. In a very short period success again followed. In 1987 Scott was recruited to his first job as a realtor assigned to business development with builders throughout the Denver metro area. Success quickly followed and by 1993, Scott was one of the most successful real estate brokers in Colorado. After closing 4,000+ individual transactions through 2012, Scott has learned and applied his knowledge to assist clients beyond all but a handful of brokers in the United States.
