Villager Films is an award-winning independent production company creating original documentary & unscripted films for Branded Content, TV and Online. --- Specialising in unscripted and documentary our passion for original and bold storytelling spans across branded content, short films, TV and online. From working with companies like Disney, Treatwell and Alzheimer’s Society, to producing documentaries with the BBC, we focus on telling under-explored stories. Whilst the companies main output is unscripted, we believe in the importance of supporting emerging directors and up-and-coming producing talent, so our fiction short film strand focusses on celebrating emerging talent on and off screen. In 2020 alone, we have five short films heading off to international festivals. We’re also very excited to announce that we have a new Factual Entertainment arm launching with Executive Development Producer Carol Baffour-Awuah at the helm.
