Tigers for Nassau is a Princeton University student-driven initiative to assist local restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis. We plan to leverage Princeton students, alumni, faculty, and extended community to help local restaurants by 1) establishing digital presence for restaurants and improving store operations, 2) gathering support from the alumni community, and 3) obtaining partnerships with COVID-19 aid organizations and companies for needed services. By doing so, we can help these businesses survive and remain open in the coming months.
