The venture started with the accomplishments of the distinguished Architect Gokhan Noyan in the 70s and 80s, and then turned into Arken Architecture and Engineering LTD, which was one of the few architecture and engineering companies on the island. When the Civil Engineer Mustafa Noyan joined the team in 1986, the company gave rise to the construction of apartments with the joining of the Arken LTD, and built more than 70 affordable, high quality apartments in Famagusta and other areas till present. Our acclaimed site projects started after Architect Ahmet Noyan joined the team in 1999. The first site project was completed in the Iskele region and due to its success a total number of 17 site projects have been completed successfully in the Famagusta and Iskele regions. It has signed its name under more than 2000 Architectural and Engineering projects and over 100 contractor projects as Noyanlar Group of Companies. We have provided homes for more than 7500 people and enabled them to have a comfortable living space and life style.
