Bakeng se Afrika (BsA) is an Erasmus+ co-funded project that aims to create a comprehensive database of 3D digital imaging of South African skeletal collections. The Bakeng se Afrika project was created by a consortium of national and international partners: the University of Pretoria (South Africa), Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (South Africa), Stellenbosch University (South Africa), South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (South Africa), Université de Bordeaux (France), Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal) and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).
