Rosebud has been a trusted source of finance for businesses across Lancashire since 1986. Provided by Lancashire County Developments Ltd (LCDL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lancashire County Council, Rosebud aims to support business growth across the county. Rosebud supports local businesses to create local jobs, develop technology and innovation, improve overall performance and expand. Finance is available as loans or a combination of equity and loans, known as mezzanine finance. As well as funding growth ambitions, Rosebud provide a complimentary support and advice service tailored to individual business need.
