Supporting Kidds is the only free-standing, nonprofit organization in Delaware devoted solely to supporting grieving children and their families through a whole-family approach. We believe that supporting these vulnerable children will help them build resilience and the coping skills needed to adjust to their loss and look towards a positive future. We recognized that there will always be children and families struggling with the tragic loss of loved ones. We also realize that we cannot prevent the events that cause grief. However, we can ensure that grieving children and families are provided with accessible programs and individualized services necessary to begin their healing process. Our mission is to provide a compassionate pathways to healing for grieving children and their families and to empower the community to support them on their grief journey.
