• Responsible for an overall supply chain through an appointed 3PL company to achieve targeted KPIs. • Implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Logistics and supply chain. • Associate complete process of import from several overseas suppliers and Freight Forwarders. • Improve and implement Home Delivery System in each store . • Responsible to Implement HACCP ( Hazard analysis critical control point ) standards in overall supply chain functions • Involve in financial projections of Distribution Center Project to work out the Manpower Budget, Building Cost, Equipment Cost, Return on investment and Pay back period over ten years. • Propose tenders for consultancy work, appointment of civil and MEP contractors and monitor the continuous progress of the project. • Procurement of various Equipment's for the Distribution center within the estimated budget of AED 28 million. • Organize and control logistics cost with the yearly budget. • Instrumental in corporate sales and supplies to generate additional business and manage the business as an independent profit center.
