Reef Support is based in Europe (The Netherlands), but with a global team in South East Asia, South America and the Caribbean, with the mission to take practical action and support clean oceans and healthy coral reefs through sustainable tourism, education, data and technology. Through our Global Reef Support Network, we work with NGOs, marine parks and reserves to match Reef Rangers - travellers, divers, students - to learn, experience, monitor and restore coral reefs and other types of marine habitats needed to secure the future of our oceans and livelihoods for 1 billion people around the world. Reef Support also develops modern marine research tools - Open Coral AI and Open Ocean Data - for research institutions, reef managers and other coastal operators to map and monitor their marine protected zones - from small conservation efforts to large-scale coastal developments.
