Our Services Full HR Management HR Practitioners will operate from your company premises once or twice a week from 09h00 to 12h00. We will maintain your employee files, conduct Grievance and Incapacity Ill Health meetings, conduct proper investigations for Disciplinary Hearings, maintain Noticeboards with relevant Memos, Poor Work Performance Management Systems and issue Warnings if necessary. HR Audit HR Practitioners will check whether your company has all the necessary documentation in place. As prescribed by BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act) and LRA (Labour Relations Act) by way of a checklist and/or communicating directly with the HR Manager or person in charge of company administration. All will be conducted at your company premises and we will advise on which documents are required. Basic HR Requirements Starter Pack The starter pack includes the following: Employment Contracts Disciplinary Code and Procedure Company Rules Personnel Policies Warning Forms General HR Services All the necessary documentation and support needed for a business's HR requirements.
