With a committed national team of consultants, WTAA is uniquely positioned to offer independent advice to Australian employers across key aspects of employee development. The WTAA also provides expert services in a wide range of important developmental areas. These services include leadership development, executive mentoring, work/life balance, diversity and leadership ethics. WTAA’s Seminars and Events arm is Australia’s largest provider of professional development conferences. Each year WTAA hosts over 200 events.
