Having been established since 2003, we combine a real estate finance advisory business with an asset management platform. The background and bedrock of the business is arranging and structuring finance for pan-European property investment and development projects and we have a dedicated team who focus solely on this area. We deliver innovative and creative solutions across the entire capital structure. Whether the requirement is for senior debt, mezzanine finance or joint-venture equity we have extensive relationships at senior levels with a wide array of lenders and capital partners. The team has completed more than £7bn worth of transactions from sizes ranging from £5m - 250m and in 2017 was the winner of Real Estate Capital's Debt Advisor of the Year award. Since 2012 we have also grown an asset management side to our business. Our approach has been largely opportunistic and we have been active in both the development and investment spaces. Our projects have ranged from large mixed use schemes to smaller, fringe developments, we have worked both independently and in partnership with others and have completed investment and development projects with a combined GDV in excess of £300m. With backgrounds in corporate finance, chartered surveying, fund-management, and (of course) property finance, the team is exceptionally well-placed to source, analyse, structure and manage both investment and development transactions. We have a dedicated pool of in-house equity but have also fostered deep and trusting relationships with a number of capital partners, giving us considerable flexibility in our approach.
